I found the location quite convenient, especially for travelers using King's Cross. Staff was helpful and provided quick assistance when needed. I appreciated the complimentary fruit and bottled water provided in the room. The room had lot of sockets for charging which helped a lot.
The walls were very thin so I could hear noises from other rooms during night hours.

I saw several restaurants located near the hotel that offered different cuisine options. There was also a supermarket close by for anyone wanted to buy snacks. I found many choices in walking distance.

The staff was very cute and helpful. They made check-in easy. The location is SUPER convenient. I found Kings Cross Station only a short walk away. I really liked that I could order food and pick it up at reception.
The staircase was narrow. This made it a little tricky to carry my luggage.

The hotel is in a quiet, safe area. This provides a peaceful stay. I also discovered excellent access to public transport links, including multiple underground lines, made getting around very easy and efficient. I loved this location!!!

The staff were very helpful. they allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout. The room provided sufficient comfort. the bathroom was adequate. The bedding was clean and I found plenty of plug sockets for all my devices.

The staff member at the front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful. He helped ME with directions. The room I stayed in was cleaned every single day. The location was great and really suited my needs.
The bathroom was tiny. It made turning around difficult. The shower looked awesome but did not function well and took up too much space.
